Hi there! My name is Faith, and I am a children’s book illustrator and author based in Portland, OR. I love all things spooky, scary, and silly. My work focuses on encouraging children to explore their own feelings and ideas, while also being open to new experiences. My debut book Melvina Whitmoore (More or Less a Horror Story) was published by HarperCollins in 2023, and was praised for its strong narrative themes and distinctive art style. I also work frequently as an art teacher in and around Portland, where I seek to always encourage students and create accessibility in arts education.
